We had an amazing stay, lovely decoration, the host is very welcoming, there is a a water filter, a laundry machine etc, lots of restaurants option on the first floor

We didn’t know that we had to register for the pool so we couldn’t use it, otherwise everything was great

Great location walking distance to malls, restaurants etc and a very reasonable price for makati Pleasant building staff and host, simple check in anytime with key code , doorstep access for grab cars and delivery (floor 2 for food) Busy building this season with lots of people coming and going but effective escalators there’s plenty of them. Would definitely book again

Clean, cozy, comfortable and clean place. Host was very lovely, helpful and responsive. Location is very close to the shopping centres and restaurants.

We had a little problem with the bathroom but it was easily resolved.

the entire room was infested with cockroaches and other insects. I asked the owner prior to arrival if there were cockroaches or rats he said no, he lied. Also the entire building was infested. we requested an exterminator from the the first day, when the owner never sent one or a refund as promised. we requested a full refund so we could move. He told us contact booking.com.

Everything was generally good, but the building had no vegetarian food options.

This small studio/1 bed apartment is ideally located for the city centre. There's a small shopping centre in the building so ideal if you want to cook which we did on a couple of occasions. Bed was comfortable, Aircon efficient and the shower water as hot as you like although the water pressure is never going to knock you over. The owner kindly provided Netflix on the big TV and the washing machine was welcome after a couple of weeks of travel. The pool area is big and there's an exercise walkway but sadly no gym The apartment is not huge but perfectly adequate for 1 or 2 people for a few days to a week exploring the fabulous city. It's not glamorous at all and slightly overly furnished as I suspect it is someone's home but that's not an issue for me. Priced competitively for our stay a solid 8/10

A gym would be nice, less furniture in the apartment would make it feel a bit more spacious but generally fine.
