did not participate in a breakfast program. quite a few restaurants in adjoining small mall, along with some independent vendors in courtyard. 7-11 and a market were helpful.

this place should at least provide ice. stores were always out, and that amenity is meaningful to short timer stays. Charging for swimming, etc was a giant pain. when you want to go to the pool you need to be able to do it immediately. some ride services cannot find "Urbanview as a title address. It is AIR Residences. Too many roaches

The staff was very friendly the location very good

It was very dirty there were cockroaches in the room. When I told the managing company they found this rather normal they even had installed cockroaches traps they told me. Therefore by European standards the facility was dirty. I kept on spraying baygon. The hygiene was indeed poor.

The service . Winnie was great

The flat was beautifully furnished with a modern aesthetic that made it feel inviting. The folding bed was particularly comfortable, making it ideal for relaxing while watching Netflix movies in the cozy living area. Winnie, the host, was exceptionally communicative and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The kitchen is impressively equipped with high-quality appliances and utensils; while we didn’t utilize it during our stay, it would be perfect for anyone planning to cook or prepare meals for an extended period. The bathroom, although compact, was thoughtfully arranged with all the essential items you might need, including plush towels and toiletries. It was also meticulously clean, adding to the overall positive experience. The room also has a great view.

I just missed the paper towels/plate towels but all in all very good.
