Little Trevio - seaside haven with parking and sea views

Lovely apartment close to the harbour. Parking space was very helpful. The apartment was very well equipped, the host had clearly put a lot of effort into making guests feel welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Location good, very close to town, beautiful views, in summer I think would be even lovelier.

Steep hill to come back from town, but that’s not a problem if you’re fit, also not the properties fault.

The apartment is cosy and perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed and was very clean and tidy. The host was very welcoming and messaged to make sure we had everything we needed. We were met with a cream tea which was lovely.

Apartment was spotless it had everything you could possibly need ,views stunning ,bed so comfortable,excellent shower could go on and on and not forgetting lovely complimentary cream tea and shortbread

Nothing not to like

Really lovely decor, so well planned and makes great use of the space - a really cosy mini house with a lovely little garden area and an upper tier seating area overlooking the harbour. Attention to detail from Emily was incredible - she’s thought of absolutely everything you might need. Even had a delicious complimentary homemade scone/cream tea waiting for us and some yummy homemade shortbread!

Only thing which is totally out of the owners control and is common to houses/apartments in Brixham is the steep steps down to the house. Absolutely fine for us but may be tricky for those who are less mobile.

Little Trevio is beautiful and perfect for a couple. It is lovely inside with everything you would need. The bed was wonderful, so comfortable. Everything was so fresh and clean. A welcome afternoon tea was delicious as was the shortbread. I loved the vase of roses too. The patios outside had amazing views and plenty of seating to choose from.

Little Trevio was fantastic, and the view was amazing. The host was lovely and she had thought of everything. All you need under one roof, it was a short walk to the harbour, a bit of a hilly walk on the way back. The evening was very quiet and picefull, with a very comfortable bed. It was so easy to sleep and wake up fresh the following day. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone. Excellent price for a weekend stay. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend.
