Little Trevio - seaside haven with parking and sea views

Further than we anticipated to walk into Brixham with the hill as my partner has a bad knee! Parking space very tight behind the door in allocated slot for a bigger car but we were kindly offered the space at the other end after the first day which worked well

Such a neat little snug for two people, fully equipped and spotless, and we found some fresh milk and a complete cream tea on arrival! The views down to Brixham harbour from the little terrace are astonishing - it would have been great to sit out with a cup of tea, except it rained the whole time. We still loved our stay and our hosts couldn't have been more helpful (all via WhatsApp).

The only thing worth noting is that the shower, while perfectly good, is very small (and I speak as a 5' 6" fella).

We loved everything: the view, especially from the top terrace, is stunning. The location is perfect for exploring Brixham, and it was easy to find thanks to the host's great directions. We had brilliant communication with the host before and during the stay. And not just content with being a fab host, Emily is also a great baker and the delicious complimentary scones prompted us to order more! Little Trevio itself is beautiful, cosy, and comfortable. Decorated perfectly, it feels light and airy but was also warm and snug when it was raining outside. Very well equipped, and immaculately clean. The only downside for us was that we only stayed for a weekend - next time we'll book for longer!

There was nothing we didn't like about Little Trevio, it's perfect! It is up a steep hill - hard on the legs after a day of hiking - but that's why the view is so lovely, so it's hardly a complaint!

A great bolthole for a couple wanting to explore Brixham and the surrounding areas, and a fantastic location as only a couple of minutes walk from Brixham Quay and all the shops, bars and restaurants

The only downside is its on a steep hill but that wouldn't deter us from returning or recommending to anybody else

A little gem ! Nothing more could be done to make our stay any better. Emily was a fantastic host and kept us fully informed.

Fabulous views from terraced gardens , spotlessly clean , attention to detail and so comfortable and homely …we loved staying here !

The property was in immaculate condition and the attention to detail from the owner was second to none. Fresh scones, clotted cream, jam and milk for a cup of tea on arrival was the perfect welcome after a long journey down!

Nothing - everything was absolutely superb and I will be booking again for a future date.
