3 bedroom home by Emmaculate

Five stars all around. Clean, comfortable, well-located, and hosted by a genuinely wonderful lady. Everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

There wasn't much to dislike. Any minor issues were quickly addressed by the host.

The house is spacious, beautiful with great security. It has WiFi, all Tv entertainment, a drinking water dispenser and comfortable beds.

There was no hot shower in two of the bathrooms, limited or no essential supplies like tissue, shower gels or soap. No kitchen supplies and you will have to shop for your own tea leaves, sugar, salt or any basics. The bed sheets were dusty and not fresh, the curtains were stained in some parts, the couches and table tops need cleaning. Overall the house has potential but requires maintenance.

Stayed at the 3 bedroom home by Emmaculate and honestly had a really good experience. The place was clean, spacious, cozy and in a very convenient location. The host was also responsive and helpful throughout the stay. It felt very comfortable and homely. Definitely a great option for a group or family stay in Nairobi. I’d rate it 8/10.

The place needs a little remodeling especially the bathroom cupboards etc

The place is located near many restaurants and malls . It’s also very clean and host is very responsive. I enjoyed sitting at the balcony to watch the sunset.

The location is secure, spacious and homely apartment. The host was responsive and quickly resolved a linen issue. She also ensured a forgotten item was returned.

We paid ksh.7,915 for a night for 4 adults and expected basic amenities like teaor coffee, but none were provided. The host said guests would steal them, which was surprising for such a simple courtesy. Cleanliness was poor one of the bedrooms had dirty linen and floor covered in hairs, and the bathroom sinks and floor stained clearly needing thorough cleaning with bleach and Disinfectant. There were no mosquito nets and we found cockroaches in the kitchen which was very concerning.

Hey y'all, I would highly recommend this place. I just stayed for a day, and everyone in my group loved it. The host is very friendly and ready to help you when you need any inquiries. The rooms were magnificent 👌 and I will stay here again and again. If you have a family trip, group stay, don't hesitate to book home by emmaculate. Clean and comfortable apartment in good location near yaya shopping mall.

We had a little hiccup with check-in as host didnt give us code to apartment. I had to ask it separately as we were already behind the door. We requested that we do not want housekeeping during our visit but housekeeper still went in to apartment while we were gone.
