The location is wonderful as it is so easy and quick to walk into the center of the Vegueta. Spacious. Beds comfortable. Shower, washing machine good.

Very complicated and over thought entrance procedure. Very annoying when tired from traveling. Dirty entrance. First impression was it was soulless, bland and superficial clean. All white walls, Lounge had heavy difficult to open shutters which if you managed to get them slightly open HAD to be closed before going out. No other windows in the flat looked outside but into a stair well. No rugs or carpets, with damage to flooring in parts. Basically, this place has not had any love or care for some time. Bed linen white but hard used. The pillows and duvet very poor quality. Pillows no pillow protection so dirty and blood stained. Towels clean but again over used. The one “comfortable” sitting place in the lounge had numerous stains. Someone had tried to clean it, but really professional cleaning would be better. Sofa cushions, old and tired. Wall mounted Tv had a cascade of wires hanging down the wall. Fluorescent ceiling lights. No side lights. Very Bleak like a poor student flat. Toilet leaked onto the shower room floor. Get a designer in and give the place a luxury home feel. You could charge more as great location.

This one was the cheapest on Grand Canaria with our conditions.

This accommodation is like you are in a closed box. Only street side can you open windows but there under the windows smoking people 0-24 from Hostel opposite side! Everywhere hair on floor and in Beds. No fresh air. No water pressure. Not clean. All drains smells horrible to whole apartment! You can’t dry your wasched clothes because no fresh air.

Location was great for exploring the old town. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious.

There was a permanent bad smell from the drains. The bathroom sink tap had poor pressure. The sink in the kitchen was partially blocked and drained very slowly. The apartment was also very warm, particularly at night, which was odd for the middle of March. We were reluctant to open windows as many of them did not seem to close properly.

Location was just what I was looking for, right in the centre of Vegueta.

I would have preferrred an apartment with even a little outside space like a balcony but that was impossible to find!
