No AC but there was a fan in the room to help cool the room.

Un peu excentré

出来欧洲旅行20多天来，这是最有温度的一家住宿。入住前房东就主动联系我提高资料以便提早提供交通卡（这个交通卡真的太香了……） 入住日的凌晨我就收到了电子卡，虽然我这一天并没有用到，出乎预料的是落地Bolzano 房东竟然开车来接我们还特意绕路载我们去大超市采购沙拉水果烤鸡披萨……最最感动我的是后续的住宿方我一直联系不上不能申请交通卡，这位热心周到的房东不嫌麻烦帮我打电话去帮我解决难题。……虽然这里不在城市中心，但公交车站就在楼门口，十几分钟就到缆车站和火车站，实际操作过程很方便……房东的周到接待和提供的交通卡可以抵消所有的顾虑，会推荐给后续准备来的朋友们～

Everything was great! We were able to leave our luggage before check-in, which was very convenient. Our host was really helpful and kind. The location is also very good – there’s a bus stop and a Lidl nearby. Highly recommended!

Stanza ampia e accogliente. Bagno e cucina in comune , anche se durante il nostro in soggiorno eravamo l' unici in casa. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato dei biscotti , due biglietti per l'autobus e la stanza calda.

Le lenzuola avevano un odore da vecchio però tutto sommato la casa era ben pulita. La casa è situata in una zona industriale, quindi è necessario spostarsi in macchina o in autobus.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, inoltre avendo preso due camere l’appartamento era tutto per noi. Abbiamo potuto usare la cucina per una cena e per le colazioni. La cucina ha anche la lavastoviglie, molto comodo. Il centro si raggiunge velocemente con l’autobus; all’arrivo il proprietario ci ha fatto avere la carta per usare i mezzi pubblici gratuitamente, che permette di prendere, oltre agli autobus in città, la funivia e il trenino del Renon
