Max è stato un host molto gentile e disponibile, l'appartamento è bello, pulito e a due passi dalla fermata del bus. Rispecchia le descrizioni e il check in autonomo è molto comodo. Tornerei sicuramente:)

Max 아저씨가 너무 친절하시고 착하셨어요!! 얼리 체크인도 해주시고 역으로 픽업도 와주셨어요!! 감사합니다 :) 숙소 공용공간도 전부 너무 깨끗하고 저희 방도 너무 깨끗하고 아늑했어요 최고입니당!! 티비도 볼 수 있어서 저희 계정 연결해서 넷플릭스도 시청했어요ㅎㅎ

Max was very thoughtful and helped us prepare the GuestPass in advance. The check-in process was smooth, and he also prepared some Loacker Tortina snacks for us. The accommodation was very warm with good heating. During our stay, I unfortunately twisted my ankle, and Max kindly helped me apply medicine to it. I’m truly very grateful. It’s a very cozy and welcoming place. If I come to Bolzano again, I would definitely choose to stay here.
