Beds extremely comfortable, living area and kitchen excellent, the only negative is the bathrooms. The shower doesn't drain properly so we ended up standing in a pool of water. There is another proper bathroom which we weren't allowed to use, not really sure why as 2 proper bathrooms would be a real +.

See above about the bathrooms.

"Would recommend property and would stay again very near to everything within walking distance of sea and shops"

Very spacious, Clean, 2 minute walk to the sea, parking space (which is like gold dust in Brighton),easy check in and host was available for any queries

We had 2 cars and parking for other vehicle was a pain.

Excellent location walking distance to beach, shops & restaurants, very quirky interesting pub just around the corner. Beautiful spacious home, beds were super comfy. Dining/Living space was ideal for socialising & celebrating a special birthday. Mat our host was exceptionally helpful, recommending places to go etc, quick response. Highly recommend this property.

"Weekend in Brighton"

Location excellent. Private parking a big plus.

Broken or missing fixtures in bathrooms. Plug missing, no shower curtain etc. All radiator valves turned off, took ages to heat a very cold house. Very noisy neighbours on first night, a little better on second night but not great.

Fabulous location, easy to walk to the beach, into Brighton or Hove. Very spacious, we were a group of 4, so had a super king bedroom each. Sitting/dining area very comfy and great to have a big TV to relax in front of. Parking space was also really handy. Appreciated the local hints and tips & being left shampoo, washing liquid etc… Mat was very responsive to messages.

Not a criticism of the property, but recommend earplugs as being next to the sea (a very short walk) the seagulls are quite vocal. Bathrooms could do with a little updating, but perfect for a one night break.
