Beachside Retreat 2-Bedroom Gem with FREE Private Parking & Outdoor Space

Location, space in the property and lovely style, all contributed to us having wonderful weekend in Brighton. Parking spot near property is priceless when travelling with kids. I loved everything about the property and our stay! Check in and check out was super easy, Mat was a wonderful host, very friendly and ready to help.

It was fairly expensive, I booked it to celebrate special Birthday as a treat but not sure I would be able to spend that much another time.

Location excellent. Good to have parking albeit fiddly (there should be a prize for each time you get the key back out of the parking gate). Walkable to seafront, Laines, restaurants. Good sized bedrooms and well enough equipped kitchen. Wi-fi was good and TV had most streaming services.

Condition is akin to second year uni accommodation - it's tired and tatty but adequate despite not being quite what you had in mind. Shower cubicle would challenge Houdini in terms of internal movement. A lot of neighbour noise albeit one of them is very good on his electric guitar. The photos are 8.5/10, the reality is a 6/10 but it's kinda relative to price so whinge over. It's ok - just get your expectation set correctly - it's not a unit you want to spend too much time in, which is arguably fine because you're there to get out and about.

Close to the beach and a private parking. Lots of space inside. Good information and restaurant suggestions from the host.

The beds mattresses were uneven, felt like sleeping in a downhill/uphill. The bathroom had a really small shower cabin.

Lovely space, great location. Landlord was brilliant even after we locked our selves out! We were supported to get back in and enjoyed a lovely night. Beds were super comfy!

The shower on our floor was a bit…snug but we managed.

The rooms were very spacious, uncluttered and clean and the location was excellent. The small court yard garden was an added bonus to sit it with a morning coffee on a sunny day. Short walks to most things. The main pier was about a mile away but walkable for most people.

The shower on the first floor is small. If you are a larger lady or man you would struggle to turn round in it. There is a bath though and a second bathroom on the upper floor which we did not use.

Lovely property verry well located in Brighton. Rooms spacious and bathroom on both levels. We loved the local pub and found very nice restaurants in walking distance. We have to recommend Salt room and Burnt Orange. Everything was smooth with check-in and out. Walking distance from the beach.

Could have been cleaner. But that is easy to fix.

Great location with parking.

It was a bit sparse, could have been cosier in living room. Prefer curtains to blinds particularly in bedroom to keep light out.
