"The property is really in central Brighton. A real plus to have a parking space."

Excellent location for walking into the town. Secure parking on site

The shower cubicle was very small. This was only a minor issue though.

"Not Beachside nor a Gem, but ok for a mid priced stay with parking"

7.0

Private gated parking is a real benefit in Brighton. The beds are large and comfortable There is ample space for a family within the house which is fairly well equipped The next door pub is absolutely excellent for food and drinks

The house is certainly not a ‘Gem’ nor ‘Beachside’ The area is quite downtrodden and extremely noisy especially at night On arrival we were somewhat concerned however overall the stay was ok for the price The house is well equipped however attention to detail is required in both the cleaning and the maintenance

"Great location."

8.0

Brilliant location and the parking was a fantastic advantage. Generally everything you would need for a stay.

Just a few bits in need of updating in places.

"Not the restful break I was looking for. Nice house but in the wrong place."

5.0

The outdoor space, private parking space, dog friendly. The pub the Lion and Lobster, next door but one was amazing. The staff were friendly and the food was superb.

Arrived 6.30pm cleaner still here didn’t leave until around 8.00pm. Check in should have been 3.00pm. Told to use middle bedrooms and bathroom but top floor was made up. Only bath towels no hand towels Very noisy neighbours shouting until 2.00am on Sunday night and at least 1 am the rest of the week. Also playing loud music which I asked them to turn down. I could smell cannabis as well. Not a retreat at all. The whole area is noisy and the window in the front top floor window is sealed with silicone so all the noise from the street comes in. It is not beachside either, but in the rough part of town I would say.

"Well located comfortable property with the bonus of an allocated parking space."

8.0

The location of the property is perfect. Close to both the seafront and the many shops. Having a parking space in Brighton is a huge bonus. The property is comfortable and well equipped. The pub next door, The lion and Lobster, was lovely, good food, friendly staff and only 14 steps from the front door.

The property has the smallest shower I have ever seen, one of our party could not shut the door as it meant they could not turn around. It could do with some TLC. The handle on the patio door is coming away, one of the windows has a note saying not to open it and the sliding doors on one of the wardrobes do not always slide. Although it states it is a two bedroom, two bathroom property we were informed that as we were only using two bedrooms the further two bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor were not to be used or a further charge could be incurred. We were a party of four adults so the use of the second bathroom would have been helpful.
