Beachside Retreat 2-Bedroom Gem with FREE Private Parking & Outdoor Space

Great location. Nice decor. Big comfortable beds. Good to have a parking spot.

The shower cubicle was tiny! Limescale in the kettle. Was initially difficult to find as I arrived after dark - would’ve been useful to use the pub next door in the directions!

Had a modern feel to it and was in a reasonable location.

Everywhere had a dirty feel about it, needed a good clean. There was other peoples things left in wardrobe. Shower cubicle too small. Tops of taps wrong way round in bathroom. Dangerous broken manhole cover by side gate. Freezer left full of ice- needed defrosting. Broken chair in bedroom 3. We had to clean the shower head before we could use it.

Great location with parking. Bedrooms large and comfortable. Good to have consumables provided when you are only staying a few days.

Outside space was poorly maintained and there were a few superficial repair issues in the property.

The location was great and the property fabulous. It was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Having a parking place in Brighton is a huge bonus.

Ideal location for visiting Brighton. Central but not too noisy at night. Apartment is clean, spacious and the furniture is super comfy.

The central location and parking were the main reasons for booking, very close to everything. The house was spacious, bright and well equipped. The beds were huge & comfy with clean, white linen sheets. All in all, we had a great weekend away with good friends.

Another main reason for booking were the 2 bathrooms advertised in the details. Just before our arrival we were told we only had access to one bathroom & would be charged extra if we used the other. This was not clear when booking. The bathroom itself was huge but with a tiny shower & felt like it needed a good clean. I cleared the trap of hair so that the water drained quicker. The decor is a little tired and there are a few maintenance jobs that need doing. There is a noise issue at the front of the property so suggest earplugs. Also we couldn't find the advertised hairdryer. Would recommend calling the owner with any queries as messages don't seem to get through.

The property was well located only minutes from the beach and a short walk into Brighton or Hove. Great pub next door to the property. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery etc. Everywhere was clean and comfortable.

The Outdoor area and parking was very tired looking, but still felt secure. Overall, we had a lovely stay and these things did not have a negative impact on us.

Parking space was invaluable Clean modern decor and house had everything you needed.
