"Ok but think for £233 for one night was not value for money"

Parking,close to sea,had everything you needed

Thought it was expensive for what we got. Next to a very noisy pub went on till 12.30.Outside area untidy. Taps in bathroom wrongly labelled. Extremely small shower cubicle

"Bit disappointing"

Well equipped kitchen. Place to park car very handy. Location good. Size of rooms was good

Small issues - mirrored wardrobe doors unstable on rails. Once opened we left them open. Toilet roll holder in bathroom loose - just needs tightening. Kettle not switching on easily, it needed to be fiddled with. Half the wine glasses in cupboard needed a hot soapy wash.

"Good stay just the property could be upgraded to be more appealing"

The location was fantastic. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable Car park space invaluable

We felt the property wasn’t fully clean on arrival for example crumbs in the kitchen and it could do with some work in the bathroom to make it more appealing.

"Perfect place for a weekend break"

location was brilliant. 10 mins walk into Brighton. quiet street with parking a bonus. House had everything you needed for a short stay, was very clean and the bed was super comfy. Couple of nearby pubs which were very welcoming

need a eyemask in the summer - those blinds are not keeping any light out!

"Absolutely awful, broken bed frames . Had to move and get a hotel."

Location. Parking Lounge area

The unclean house-previous users dirty beds and towels on floor. The cleaners hadn’t been! We couldnt go back till 10pm when the cleaners had been! The beds were broken in both bedrooms and the mattresses were bowed due to the bed frame slats being bowed and broken. I really hope the owner manager buys new frames so people don’t have to endure a sleepless night and creates a system where they check and know the cleaners have been! Just not good enough.

"Great location, plenty of space and ok facilities. Quick response from Matt when we needed him."

Location was great. A terrific old pub right next door and having secure parking was a bonus.

Would have liked the lighting in the main living area to be brighter I had difficulty seeing my craft work.
