Very disappointed in the condition of the unit. It was not listed as a basement apartment. That would be helpful to future guests. The rooms needs updates and we needed to run the humidifiers(both rooms) constantly(water was dumped at least once per day).Also, we were not given clear instructions for parking. Please note that this neighborhood is "high density". If you are arriving late or go out to a club or late activities, there will be no parking available to you afterwards. Neighbors constantly blocked us out of our designated parking space. When I contacted the host he gave me a shrug. suggestion: If you change the sign to read "no parking" maybe the desperate parkers will not take the spot. Luckily we had two rental cars and use one to block the space til we got back otherwise you are sol.

upon entering rental I could smell mold and mildew, there was visible black mold, the rental was not clean, this place should not have been rented with this health issue. additionally, fridge didn't keep cold, sending was uncomfortable

Spacious 2br, 2ba at separate ends of the hall, plenty of towels; terrific iron & counter ironing board; storage cabinets in bedroom, hanging rack for work clothes; comfy livingrm; extra kitchen counter space; 3 televisions; front deck with chairs and picnic table; somewhat private location; view of highway down below and sunset up above.

No counter space or hooks in bathrooms for toiletries.

They place is great for a family to stay. The rooms are located where there is great privacy. The yard is big the deck is amazing to sit in the sun. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

It’s private quiet and very comfortable

Plenty of space without the cost. Lots of airplanes, can be either good or bad depending on how much you like airplanes.

Our stay at this cozy, family-friendly two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was amazing! The location is perfect—close to downtown San Diego and surrounded by great attractions with beautiful city views. The apartment itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the experience even better. Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting San Diego! 😀 👌🏽👍🏽

Spacious, tv in every room. Good location, can walk to downtown, but there’s a very big hill in between!

A little noisy if there are people staying upstairs.
