Centrally Located 2 Master Bedrooms to Explore all San Diego has to Offer

Centrally located not far from downtown, good amount of space, comfortable beds, good value and helpful, attentive owners.

Property could use some cosmetic improvements, but was perfect and functional for our needs.

Things to improve. - Bathroom door to the left was hard to shut - The refrigerator was leaking water under the bottom - I recommend have shampoo/soap in the showers - I saw a blender base but no vase

Responsive host and easy check in. Clean and plenty of towels

Property in general is too old. Toilets were too small with stiff faucets such that the water was either scalding or cold Electrical wiring in the living and first room needs to be redone as we experienced multiple blackout and a blown hairdryer. We could not turn on 2 heaters (bedroom and living room) and a television without tripping. No basic toiletries - we were expecting at least soap, so did not bring any with us, and had to walk a mile to the pharmacy. Noisy upper floor neighbours who were probably drunk and dragging furniture around past midnight. This was despite a reminder for us on a quiet time after 10 pm (which was great for us).

The host was always available for any concerns or accommodations needed. This made for a very positive trip. The unit was cozy and gave you a home away from home vibe

This was a perfect little apartment for a few friends to get together and enjoy San Diego. Great location. Very easy to communicate with hosts. Great price. I would highly recommend this location. Easy check in and check out.

Would have preferred to know about the quiet hours before our stay. We understand it’s hard when there are neighbors close by. We really had no need to carry on and be loud, we just would have liked to know before we arrived that we needed to be quiet between 10-8.
