I do not recommend this property to anyone for booking. Staff no polite at all

Had to run and find another hotel in the middle of a night with my wife as they have sold out when I reached, including the room I have booked well in advance. When I question about it, the person who seems the owner of the property rudely said that they have called me and I was out of reach which was a big lie. No polite staff. .
