Hotel Mayur Assam - New Delhi Railway Station

The Hotel has not its own restaurant, They provide food from outsite on request. The place and the road was haphazard. The hotel could not satisfy my children.

The staff was helpfull. Cleanliness was another point to be mentioned. The hotel was neat and clean. We felt secured.

The hotel was excellent. The location is great and the hotel employees are really cooperative and helpful. Rooms are superb. Had seen some bad reviews about this hotel on some other booking sites but after my personal experience I can say this hotel is just fantastic. Great stay..

what you see in this picture not the actual one. my breakfast was included but first they denied. after informed to booking.com they refunded also first they didn’t give any water bottle. I bought one and during check out they didn’t take the money for the water bottle. night shift manager Mr Amar was helpful.

Staff are okay

Pathetic maintenance with stained bedsheets and toilets - toilet had gutka marks on wc sitting space which as per housekeeping could not be cleaned - they never considered changing- the whole place has an unhygienic feel
