"CONVENIENT AND QUIET LOCATION. PLENTY OF CAR PARKING ON THE STREET"

LOCATION WAS IN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX 5-10 MIN DRIVE FROM CENTRO. NICE BAKERY ACROSS THE STREET FOR BREAKFAST AND SNACKS. KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY IN APT WAS GREAT. HOSTS WERE VERY EASY TO REACH AND HELPFUL

WE THOUGHT IT WAS FEW MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE FROM CENTRO BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. BUT GETTING UBER OR TAXI WAS NOT AN ISSUE FROM LOCATION.

Absolutely, here's a glowing review for Ivan's apartment in Madrid: --- I cannot recommend Ivan's apartment enough! Our stay was absolutely perfect. The accommodation itself is stunning, with all the amenities one could ask for. The location is unreal, just a stone's throw away from central Madrid, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is not only beautiful but also very comfortable, providing a true home away from home experience. Ivan and Alex were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their generosity and attentiveness made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of throughout our time in Madrid. Thank you, Ivan and Alex, for an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be returning!
