Apartamentos a 5 minutos del centro de Madrid 4P

Buena ubicación, nosotros fuimos con coche de alquiler y no tuvimos ningún problema para aparcar cerca del apartamento. Muy limpio y con todos los equipamientos que describe.

Quite a distance from central Madrid, although buses very good and take about 30mins.

The apt is good size for a family of 4. It has a modern design and comfortable layout. Part of the apt is on the street level and back part is below the ground level (which was my main concern during booking) but you do not feel that in the apt. There are jaluzi and curtains on the windows that provide privacy and you do not feel underground due to external and internal lighting. Kitchen had all necessary to prepare and consume a meal. TV had good channels entertaining kids. The access to the apt is with a code which is very convenient - no keys to carry around with you and easier check in. There is free parking around the apt building but it is hard to find any empty spot near the apt, but a bit far away (about 250-300m) there is plenty of free parking along the road.

Road in front of the apt is too narrow and stopping a car to offload/load language is not convenient. Even though the traffic is slow there you get some cars passing and expressing their unhappiness. You have to park away and carry your luggage to/from the apt. The ventilation in the bathroom was not working.

It was a good size and very well fitted out It had great free parking nearby

It was a wee walk to the metros, maybe 15-20 mins which was OK but not ideal when arriving back from the city late in winter. Minor issue though
