LUISAHOUSE, en el corazón de Sevilla y Triana

The apartment is quite big, with three bedrooms, clean and comfortable, working distance to old town even it is located across the river. The owner has stocked everything you can think of, very nice person, try to accommodate all our needs.

Not much really. Only about electric air fresher is quite strong, may not fit for everyone.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Luiseahouse! 🌿 The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly located — right by the river and just a short walk from the old town. It has a fantastic atmosphere, with tasteful décor and everything you could possibly need. There are three comfortable bedrooms, a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spotless bathroom. Everything was extremely clean and beautifully prepared. Luis, the host, was absolutely amazing! He contacted us before arrival, sent clear directions and photos of the building, waited for us when we arrived, and even helped us find where to stop and unload our luggage in an area where parking is restricted. He also gave us detailed information about nearby parking and local places to visit. When we arrived, he had prepared a wonderful surprise — cold water in the fridge, a bottle of wine, coffee capsules for the coffee machine, tea, milk, and all kitchen essentials. There were fresh towels, bed linen, and even a first aid kit in the bathroom. Every detail was carefully thought out. The neighborhood is great too — with restaurants, shops, and everything you might need just around the corner. It was a fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment with a wonderful host. We absolutely recommend Luiseahouse to everyone — you will love it as much as we did! 💖

The only small downside was the lack of on-site parking, but with Luis’s help we managed perfectly fine.

De ideale locatie voor een citytrip in Sevilla, zeer goede uitvalsbasis. Luis was zeer behulpzaam, perfecte host! Appartement was heel netjes.

La ubicación es perfecta para conocer la ciudad. La casa está limpia y cuidada, se ve en los detalles, los utensilios de la cocina en perfecto estado, la cocina de tamaño correcto, ya que solo nos preparábamos desayuno. Las camas muy cómodas, la ducha perfecta. Poco ruido, todo y ser una zona con bastante ambiente nocturno. El trato del dueño de 10, sin duda si volvemos repetiremos alojamiento.

Apartamento limpio moderno y con todo lo necesario, de los mejores apartamentos que he estado. La comunicación y amabilidad con Luis de 10. Si vais a Sevilla, no dudéis en coger este piso.
