LUISAHOUSE, en el corazón de Sevilla y Triana

Todo perfecto, la ubicación y el piso en general, la amabilidad del propietario que en todo momento estuvo atento a lo que necesitáramos, nos facilito restaurantes de Sevilla y se otro pueblo que teníamos que visitar, todos los detalles con los que contaba el piso, era como estar en casa, al llegar teníamos una botella de cava y agua fresca en la nevera, todo tipo de infusiones, cafés, lavadora por si se necesita, con su jabón y suavizante,no falba de nada, el piso contaba con aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo por si lo prefieres al aire, las camas super cómodas y todo en general,ha sido una estancia de lo más confortable, sin duda repetiré si vuelvo a Sevilla, todo un acierto.

Foi uma incrível experiência, o alojamento tem todas as condições, está muito bem localizado e o Luis foi super prestável, disponível, simpático... Sevilha tem monumentos lindos e interessantes, adorámos e vamos voltar certamente.

The host was very welcoming and helpful with information prior to check in and when asked. The apartment had good space and useful facilities in the kitchen. It also offers Netflix. The beds are comfy and the air conditioning works well.

The street outside is noisy late into the night with people and a number of horses going by which was ironic given as we had been warned shortly before arriving that a neighbour had raised a noise complaint about the apartment. This disturbed the occupant of the front room every night. The pillows seem fluffy but flatten to almost nothing when your head is laid on them. The apartment looked clean at first glance but it became obvious over the stay that it could be improved. White socks became dirty from the floors and most window sills and skirting boards had dust on them. A bed had to be moved to retrieve a fallen item and there was dust beneath it. Most of the sights to see in Seville are a 30 min walk away over the other side of the river.

Very nice and cosy apartment in the hart of Seville, close to the main attractions and good restaurants. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, extremely clean, very comfortable beds; we find on the table a bottle of Cava, water, chocolate candies, different coffee capsules on the kitchen. Luis, the host, reply very fast, and very cooperative. From far, is the best location I ever stay.

Luis the landlord is excellent at communicating and making you feel welcome. The apartment is really comfortable and suitable for the 5 of us. The welcome bottle of cava and chocolates were fab! The kitchen is well stocked with coffee and teas, and has everything you need to cook a meal. Shower was great. And the location is fabulous by the river within walking distance to all the popular tourist destinations. Triana is a more relaxed neighbourhood to stay in.

Excellent hosting, location and all the details

Luis was a great host, made sure we found his place on the day. The flat was clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Great location just next to the bridge with lot of shops, supermarkets and restaurants closed by.

Wonderful apartment with an exceptional host. Luís was very quick to respond to any query and provided everything in the apartment you could possibly need. It was clean & comfortable and the aircon in each room was great. Having a washing machine, full sized fridge & a coffee machine with a variety of pods was perfect. We highly recommend staying here as it’s also within walking distance to restaurants and just across the bridge from Seville. Parking was easy at a parking station about 200m away. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Seville. Thank you again Luis for your amazing hospitality!
