Sunway Sanctuary - Seniors Hotel & Residences

The location is amazing, the room is quite large and spotless. It was extremely comfortable we had the best sleep here. It is very quite and cozy. The breakfast venue and variety was good. The facilities like the infinity pool on 15th floor was also amazing. All in all, it is a gem in Sunway.

Nothing. Just note that the hotel is actually for seniors. You need to pay attention when booking to not book the seniors residence.

The housekeeping staff is too calculative on amenities which are not hospitable and not accommodating to hotel guests who always chooses Sunway Sanctuary as their top pick for stay went going for hospital visits

Location near to Sunway Medical Centre

First, we did not notice there is a requirement that one of us need to be at least 55 years old. This requirement ought to be made clear in the first place. We requested for a room change because we could hear switch flicking early in the morning understandibly because we share the same row of rooms and corridor with elderlies for this is after all an elderly sanctuary. Flicking of switches is common for those suffering from dementia. Our request was turn down. All we wanted was a quiet room to rest after spending a whole day at the hospital. Our stay was for 3 nights.
