Comfortable clean

Great little, well stocked and very clean apartment in the perfect location to walk down to the beach and town area.

It was a very rainy night, and despite following the instructions, we couldn’t get the TV working. No hairdryer.

Nice decor and clean bathroom

Rubbish left on floor, stains on floor. Mouldy walls. Damp bedding.

Well equipped kitchen

Mould on the walls, bathroom shower grubby, plaster patches that had fallen off the walls. Tv difficult to control. Owner unresponsive and incorrect tel number on Booking.com

Lovely flat in a great location for the local attractions.

Some noise from the property above and close proximity to the street however I would stay there again as the flat is lovely and parking space a bonus.

Lovely little apartment walking distance from everything , comfy bed, clean and pretty decor, only stayed one night so didn’t use the little kitchen but it seemed well stocked .

Pillows were a little uncomfortable

The location was excellent, it was well equipped and the bed is very comfortable the parking space is a real bonus.

We personally didn’t like that you couldn’t see out of the property (it’s a semi-basement with opaque windows) but this would not put us off booking again- The property smelled slightly of damp when we went in and there was some dump in the corners - the bathroom layout is slightly unusual layout but none of these things would stop us from booking again.

Very well situated. Parking on site. The accommodation was well appointed and comfortable.

I have marked it down because communications by the host were very poor. The phone number rang unobtainable, and messages through the Booking.com were never responded to. This was very stressful. We couldn't get answers to our queries.

Very cozy little flat 5 minutes walk from Lyme Regis town centre. For a small flat it's very well thought out, with a good use of the space. Kitchen was more than adequate, bed was comfy, shower was nice and powerful. We only stayed one night and it met our expectations. The parking spot was very convenient, and made packing and unpacking the car very easy.

The flat is underneath the main residence which means footsteps from above are very obvious. Unfortunately the bedroom is directly beneath a flat roof / veranda ( I presume) with a patio door access, which, when the upstairs occupants decide to open it at 7am and trot around repeatedly in and out of the building onto the roof, sounded like a day at the races. The only downside I guess of it being beautiful weather for our stay lol. At least it meant we were up early to enjoy the day ahead :).
