The Westgate Retreat

Great location in Baildon - walkable to shops, pubs, restaurants and shops. Liked that bottled water was provided as well as tea, coffee and biscuits and everything else we may need. Very clean on arrival. Cosy lounge with blankets if needed. Great size kitchen/diner. Good size bedroom with accessible plugs. Parking right outside was a bonus. another bonus was being able to book for one night as a lot of other local properties insist bon a minimum two night stay.

We returned from dinner to a snotty post it note on our car saying we shouldn't park where we had (we'd parked exactly where told to), we should read the signs and it was for AirBnB customers only. Not the owners fault that they have such nosy ill advised neighbours but as a customer, it wasn't a good experience.

Great location with parking on site. Within easy walking distance to shops, cafes and pubs. The apartment was well equipped and beautifully clean.

We liked everything. If there was one thing to improve it would be the ‘building site’ feel outside of the apartment, however that didn’t really bother us and we would definitely stay there again!

Great location, everything was easy to find and all was as described in the advert.

The property was warm and comfortable. Very clean. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk/sugar etc left for using. Bed was comfortable.

There was nothing I didn’t like

Off street parking. Clean and comfortable accommodation.

Being in the middle of a builders yard. Lack of space for clothing.

Very good location.

The roof leaked and clearly it had leaked previously as there was stains on the inside of the room from what was previously leakage. The bathroom had mould around the shower tray so appeared unclean
