"Bed collapsed luxury ha beyter sleepiing on the streets"

Bed frame was botch repaired and had signs Of repeated patch up repairs and collapsed Kettle and micro wave bot working No hot water No welcome pack No Soap so when i arrived couldnt shower or make a brew i Had to go shopping No regard for the guest ridiculous condition if the bed Booking . Com. Well what action will you take i have photographs and complained at the desk but these apartments are individually owned All reception staff do is handle the bookings
