The coffee machine did not work

Well located property, with excellent communal space. Comfortable bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent, highly responsive hosts who went out of their way to help us.

Some minor maintenance issues throughout the property. Level of cleaning was below expectation. Heating wasn't working when we arrived. However, the hosts responded quickly and helped to rectify the issues on the first night of arrival.

House was in a great location, clean and had a lovely large lounge, kitchen diner. We had a great weekend and would visit again.

Another shower would have been helpful for so many people.

Amazing location! Plenty of parking. Loved that downstairs was open planned and comfortably room for everyone.

Two of the bedrooms upstairs with no entrance to the bathroom . Light switches downstairs are a puzzle . No local area restaurant information.

None of the lights were working in a garden and completely different looking to the picture in a website. The BBQ is not gas and was only two logs for pizza oven. Bad communication with the landlord, we called the provided number few times and no one answered. Front of the house and back garden was so dark. Hard to find the house in a dark. Tv wasn’t working. Nothing to watch. Only YouTube. No shower or curtains in a downstairs toilet, only bath.

Some of the beds and bedroom facilities were only suitable for children, but we were a group of adults. It was expensive, so your expectation is everything would be perfect, but it wasn't. Would I recommend it yes, but you need to think about the areas where it needs improvements. Lack of wardrobe space in some rooms, not completely clean in places. Fridge way too small for the size of the house (two small fridges, one a walk away in the utility). If you plan to cater for a week you will need to do multiple shops as the fridge space will not be ample. Little cupboard space for food, will have to be left out on the side, but kitchen equipment is good. Beds were ok but not comfortable. We really enjoyed out stay but we were disappointed that having paid the summer price (would have been cheaper to go abroad), we didn't get total value for money. On giving our feedback, we did get a positive response from the company it is under, so hopefully things may have improved?
