Deluxe Home in Art Nouveau House- with GARAGE

This is the most beautiful vintage apartment we have ever seen. Check-in went smoothly, as did communication with the host. Sophie, our host, was so friendly and always available to us. It's definitely worth a visit. We'll definitely come again. Thank you!

There is no air conditioning. We were able to use the fans provided, which were perfectly sufficient. But for warmer days you'll need air conditioning.

The whole apartment was comfortable and spacious. It felt like a home from home.

There was no television and one of the electric sockets was hanging off the wall. This was reported and acknowledged.

I can really recommend Art Nouveau House! It is located very close to the station, but already in a nicer area, close to the tram/bus. We loved the architecture of the courtyard, unique for Budapest. The flat is nice, tidy and well equipped. One thing unusual is the bathroom in the middle of the apartment, but if you open all the doors it allows to ventilate the rooms in hot days. The host was very helpful and responsive. Maybe we will come back in the future. :)

Apartment was clean snd comfortable.

It advertises a “garage” but none was available to us. Otherwise I would have rated it 10.

The flat has everything you need. The bus station is downstairs, you have 24/7 corner store and bakery. The city center is an 50min walk if you want to walk. And the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, so no worries there. The garage is a 2 min walk away, if you need to park the car. Beds are comfortable and big enough. It was an easy self check in, but the owner was extra responsive for all our questions.

It's not that we didn't like it and It was not a bother for us, but maybe for someone else it would be: there is only one proper bedroom that you can close the doors. And it's divided into two smaller spaces. The third bed is basically in the living room again divided by a half wall. But as I said not a problem and the apartment is really nicely decorated. I would stay there again.

At the beginning there was a misunderstanding with parking. In the end the host recommended me a parking house 10 minutes by walk. Parking was great for about 15 euros/day. On the last day I got a parking fine and Sophie was very willing to help me. She called the office and recommended how to pay the fine.

Very good place for a family trip.More than we expected. Beautifully designed interior. Comfortable sleeping, well equipped kitchen, personal parking space. Good communication with the owner. Highly recommend 👌
