Deluxe Home in Art Nouveau House- with GARAGE

Everything was great, the accommodation had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The location is good — buses stop right in front of the building, and you can buy tickets for public transport there as well. The parking is a bit farther from the building, but it’s private and located in the underground garage of another building. We were satisfied with the accommodation and would gladly come back again.

Personally, the noise at night and the lack of an elevator didn’t bother me, but some members of my family did find it a bit inconvenient. Still, I’d say those are minor issues for me, and I would definitely come back again.

Good location, everything you need is there in the apartments: kitchen, washing machine.

You just need to know that bath room is between kitchen and bedroom.

We stayed with a group of friends, we were very comfortable in the apartment, it was very nice and cozy, it didn't lack any detail. Sofia was very friendly and we had a problem checking in but she answered us very quickly.

Well I do travel a lot with my team of five and this is one of the nicest property. You have everything you imagine and above. Nice location. Spacious. Beautifully decorated. 10/10

Everything was perfect!

Firstly, I liked the place but there were a few quite iritiating issues. If they are fixed I believe the apartment deserves 9 or 10 out of 10. The location is very good - it is near the city centre and at a walking distance to the city park (which by the way is a real gem). A 24h supermarket is also nearby. The building is quite interesting - it is built in 1906. The apartment is clean and it is recently renovated. It has all of the needed amenities.

There is no elevator in the building and the apartment is on the 2nd floor. I got the impression from the description that there is an elevator. I went with my elderly mother and it was a challenge for her. The lock of the apartment is electronic and it was a really frustrating experience to deal with it. I don't want to go into details but firmly believe that the lock should be changed. My biggest issue was that the sink of the bathroom overflows. I contacted the host about it and they said that a plumber will come to fix it but that didn't happen while we were there.

The apartment was equiped with everything we needed for the stay, the decor is beautiful.
