4 bedroom perfect home for the family getaway

Rooms were spacious, beds were okay.

Fire doors, no handwash, or soap. The house was very bare and didn’t feel homely.

The size was adequate for a family. Parking easily outside the property. Easy check in with key safe.

The accommodation does look like the pictures but the photos don't show the level of cleanliness/ attention to detail. Lots of dirty areas like bugs on window sills, shower ledge etc. Beds VERY hard. Guest information sheet requests all food is removed when leaving however the fridge had margarine 2 months out of date in it. Freezer full of half used food. Towels all small and extremely thin. Fire doors on every door was a little inconvenient. Strong smell of air freshener.

The property was clean and tidy and just what we needed. The property is in a great location only 20 minutes from Legoland discovery which was perfect for us. The property is big with four great size bedrooms and the host was quick at responding whenever we needed him. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone traveling up to Birmingham to visit attractions. Thank you

The only thing I would suggest is perhaps not so many plug in air fresheners in every room as it was very overwhelming and I found myself going around to unplug them all as it was very strong.
