El apartamento estaba muy correcto , amplio y bien cuidado

El acceso al apartamento horrible , la zona exterior , el portal , muy descuidado , da muy mala apariencia y hasta puede generar sensacion de inseguridad

Le foto corrispondono alla realtà, appartamento grande e accogliente, buona pulizia. Ottima posizione per i mezzi di trasporto con metro, tram e fermate dei bus.

Da rivedere l'organizzazione dato che quando siamo arrivati all'orario concordato, le pulizie non erano ancora finite. Inoltre, avremmo preferito avere più sacchi per l'immondizia rispetto a quelli presenti e in uso.

Stanze spaziose e appartamento molto grande . Comodo a tutti i servizi

La pulizia non era delle migliori , cuscini delle sedie della cucina erano molto macchiati . Manca una padella .

Very good location, all means of transport are right in front of the building. Apartment was cleaned before our arrival, floor was still wet. In general, good place for a big company. But there were ants on the floor, not everyone likes nature in the apartment 😀Big minus is absence of hangers for outerwear and lockers in bathrooms. The owner let us left bags before the check-in, very grateful for that. But there was also a smell of cigarettes in the apartment, we had to open all windows and doors to ventilate the place.

Location was great, big apartment, and very clean.

The lock on the door did not work our first night, and the host made us wait an entire day for it to get fixed. It got fixed ultimately, but safety was a slight concern.

Location is good for visiting the city center.

There was a robbery a few days earlier than my friends arrived. The lock box code did not work and despite calling the given phone number nobody picked up the phone until I texted. It was said there has been an issue with the phone. The hall of the building is very dirty, there are lots of trash on the hallway. The bed sheets were prepared for couples however we chose this accommodation due to the fact there are separate beds for everyone, and no one contacted me to ask what arrangement we would like but eventually they solved it. Also, I tried to connect with the responsible person before the arriving date via phone and through Booking and he never responded, according to him he did not receive my message. The pictures look better than in reality, it is small but still ok.

Great facilities such as the kitchen and the washing machine. The apartment is spacious enough and it’s very modern

The entrance to the building is very dated, and dirty. Was a little bit scary walking through there at night. It smelled like bins as well which was very bad. Other then that, once you got upstairs the apartment was absolutely lovely!

Location and property was good, everything works fine, showers ecc...

The common area of the apartments is worn out, ugly, old and smelly especially the bins in the foyer.
