Let's start with the fact that the check-in is at 16:00 which is really late an hour before the host asked me to send him our passports by link (which is basically requested two days in advance) and it didn't work, I sent him a second time and it didn't work either and then I wrote to him that it's already 16:00 and I'm waiting outside For about half an hour I didn't get an answer, I tried to call and it didn't work until I just entered the apartment and then I find out that the cleaner hasn't finished cleaning the apartment yet and then the host remembers to call and shout that we shouldn't enter the apartment until we bring the passports after I explained to him unequivocally that we are not leaving the apartment, he said that someone will come to get the passports

Everything was close. Perfect Location!

Maybe some hangers for coats and jackets would be nice.

Although it isn't exactly as roomy as the photos depict, it was satisfactory for a couple of nights stay .

Check in is 4pm. Check out 11am. We arrived at 12 noon and although it was vacant and we're allowed to leave our luggage we still couldn't check in until after 4pm. Perhaps the cleaning could be organised better thus allowing earlier check in.

Тhe pictures are real and I got what I expected. The entrance to the building is unmaintained, but it depends on other things. The communication with the owners was excellent, they checked in at an earlier hour, for which I thank them. The location is very good. The apartment is near the subway, bus stop, shops, pharmacy, New York cafe, etc. If I visit Budapest again, I will gladly stay in the same apartment.

Hangers and wardrobe should be considered.

The apartment is in a central location, excellent for getting anywhere, on foot or by public transport, spacious and large. The owner is available - we had a blockage in the shower on the first day, which was taken care of the same day. The apartment itself is clean and has air conditioners in all rooms. There are washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge, filter coffee machine as advertised. The apartment is not expensive. Self check-in and checkout, very convenient and clear instructions. Overall, the apartment is reasonable and priced fairly, but it's annoying that the apartment doesn't actually have what it takes to use all the devices that exist without prior preparation. In retrospect, I would have preferred to pay a little more to enjoy the vacation and not run to buy cleaning materials and accessories like paper towels, garbage bags and dishwasher detergents.

There are a number of things that require improvement: basic mattresses but fine, the pillows are horrible - certainly not suitable for use and hospitality, we slept in the apartment for 6 days and suffered every night - unbearable, really. I have never seen anything like this in any other apartment in the world and we traveled quite a bit. The main shower needs some kind of curtain, the water splashes significantly and after each shower we had to collect large amount of water from the floor around so that the next person could take a shower. The utensils in the kitchen are lacking to say the least - 2 different wine glasses only and one of them was cracked, no bowls for cornflakes or salad, no cutting board, one racket, no bottle opener - neither wine nor beer. There were no paper towels and only one garbage bag. The cups for hot drinks were dirty with horrible tea and coffee stains to such an extent that I had to wash them thoroughly by hand and give them a good scrubbing before they could be used. There are no materials required to run a dishwasher - not only the tablets, but also salt and rinse aid were completely empty, we had to buy all of it to use the dishwasher. We bought and left what's left it in the apartment, for future guests. It's not about the money, just the convenience - I'd pay a little more in advance so I wouldn't have to run and look for these things in the supermarket on the first day. In addition, we asked to enter the apartment an hour and a half before the official check-in time (16:00) and to leave an hour and a half after the official checkout time (11:00). We were not allowed to go up to the apartment before, they claimed that they were anxious to finish preparing it, in fact we arrived half an hour before and waited downstairs, I didn't see anyone taking care of the apartment during that time and we could have happily entered earlier as well.

It is good for somebody needs to stay overnight. You don't want to stay there any minute longer..

House is not nice, trash cans are in entry, partially under reconstruction but mostly neglected for probably tens of years.

We loved it all it is in a fantastic location easy to go anywhere close to shops bars New York caffe. Absolutely fabulous. Loved the old stile building its lovely pattern on the floor and really old stair steps. Thank you thank you🙏🏻
