Everything was amazing. Elsha at the front desk and Ilham at the restaurant were very helpful and kind.

Resort is only 10 minutes drive from the ferry terminal. Beautiful room, spacious enough with all the amenities. Spacious balcony overlooking the serene & calm beach. Breakfast has good options. Food at SugarBeats has extensive menu and is tasty. Any time bicycle at guests service is available under each building. The pool area has a lot of different types of sun-beds, every guest would surely find 1 sun-bed. The food and cocktails at the pool are to be relished. All the staffs are genuinely warm & very friendly, be it at the pool, restaurant, lobby, water activities, never seen this type of hospitality anywhere till now. Lot of paid water activities available at the Wavy Waft within the resort. Special mention to staffs Elsha, Eki, Junaidi, Alcent, Helen and the guys at the Voyager for their service. Highly recommend this resort. Will definitely come back.

New furnishings, bikes were provided to get around the property. Nicely decorated and modern rooms. Staff are so polite and always with a smile, ready to make your day. I love the breakfast at sugarbeats. There’s so many things to love about Indigo.

Pillows were a bit flat.

I liked the comfiness of the bed, the variety of pools/water play, the closeness to the beach. Most importantly, the staff and their service was great. I liked that I could WhatsApp whenever I needed something. They helped with housekeeping when my son went the bed. And I had also left my iPad there after I had checked out and was on the ferry back to my country but they helped courier to a friend who was in Bintan at a fee. What a relief!

I think the kids ages 0-3 play room was quite underwhelming especially in terms of the toys available. There were missing toy parts and puzzle pieces.

La gentillesse du personnel, la literie - une merveille - la plage de sable blanc, très belle, le petit déjeuner, le spa (penser à réserver bien en avance, mention spéciale pour Ratna, merciii)

Pas un coin d'ombre et clairement pas assez de transats; de la musique (médiocre) à la piscine, au restaurant ; les sons d'oiseaux enregistrés (on se sent dans un parc d'attraction) ; l'architecture massive, le service gentil mais un peu intrusif. Le lieu a plein de potentiel mais il va falloir encore un peu de temps.
