Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG

Excellent amenities, very kid-friendly, great food and the beach was very clean and pleasant. The hotel staff were very polite and hospitable, and the ferry transfer and free shuttle to Plaza Lagoi made everything very convenient. Made my daughter's day when the live band at the restaurant sang her a birthday song!

Requested for a baby cot in advance but it wasn't set up in the room and we had to make a few calls before it finally arrived.

工作人员服务态度很好，会尽力满足客人要求。游泳池很大很好看，餐厅的食物也适合中国人的口味。以及每天都有免费有班车送客人往返港口。

酒店附近的沙滩有一股奇怪的臭味，没有什么水上娱乐设施，酒店内售卖的饮料和点心食物也偏贵。没有懂中文的工作人员。

Kids club arrangement can be better

The resort was beautiful, and exceeded all expectations. From the moment the car turned into the lobby of the resort, to the reception, the super efficient staff, the clean and comfy rooms, everything was on point. The resort had buggies to ferry us around, but also provided bikes + umbrellas at each building and pool area so that we could easily get from one place to another, with protection from the sun! It was very thoughtful! The resort uses whatsapp for communication and it was very efficient. Booking cars and massages- all done on the app with prompt response time!

There was nothing that we didnt like, but it will be great to install diaper-changing stations in the public toilets.
