Die Verschiedenen Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool und Strand. Das sehr freundliche Personal. Die Qualität der Speisen. Die Sauberkeit am Strand.

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, aber beim Abendessen waren keine Getränke inkl. und für manches Essen musste man Aufpreis bezahlen. In der Umgebung kann man nicht viel Unternehmen.

"Ein wunderschönes Hotel für eine Auszeit im Paradies"

Die Lage am weißen Sandstrand ist wunderschön. Das Hotel sehr stylisch und modern. Besonders schön ist auch die Poolbar. Hervorzuheben ist die extreme Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter, ganz besonders Bintang, Iqbal, Ariana und Tommy.

"Would re-book if immigration was less painful"

Staff were cheerful, helpful, and friendly. Comfortable room layout and facilities. I really liked that the tap was on an external counter. The resort had a lot of space and many pathways to wander around. Fun games to play, including table tennis and giant chess. Spa staff were great, we booked before arrival. Buffet range was good, but a la carte was a bit limited. The pastry / sweet treats were so pretty (but too much to eat).

Noise gets trapped in the main restaurant, we could overhear so many conversations. Would also be better to have less-sugar, less-salt, less-oil meal options. I had an overall great time and would re-book again but going through immigration on peak days was stressful so I'm having second thoughts.
