The Annex - Penzance town centre with parking

Our host was very responsive. The place was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Very quiet area. The kitchen had all that we needed.

The bathroom seems to be in transition. The shower had no way to contain the water, so the whole floor was wet.

The location of the property is very close to the shops and the beach. Very easy to walk everywhere. The property is at the end of a quiet street. It is clean and modern, has Wi-Fi and a tv. We were a family of three. There is a double bed and the sofa pulls out to a double bed too.

The double bed could be more comfortable. In fact I was expecting to see a king size bed. The sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable. After the first night we took off the mattress and it’s several mattress toppers and put them all on the floor to sleep on every night. For the price you pay, I would expect the bed to be comfortable and the pull out sofa to be comfortable too. I would encourage the owner to change the bed and the couch bed.

The Annexe was spacious, well located, and well appointed. Stacey was very helpful, with great communication and making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend for a stay in Penzance.

Easy to check in even though I didn't really have a clue what time I would arrive. Stacey was wonderful, the annex was perfect and had everything I could possibly need.

it was very modern inside even though it was compact in size. lovely big bathroom. Thankyou for the teabags, coffee, sugar it saved me buying any. also liked the soft toilet paper.😊

Everything was lovely. So clean and friendly hosts. Made us feel very welcome. There was instructions for everything. Even a loaf of bread and milk there for our arrival. The location of the annex was easy to find and had no problems finding it. We stayed for a week was lovely for our small family.
