Hotel Roma Deluxe - 5 Mints walk From New Delhi Railways Station

The nature of the staff is quite good, the hotel needs improvement, can be called a good budget hotel.

They off the air conditioner every half hour no towel no cleanliness and specially staff was very rude

Hopeless room.. it was stinking as of it was locked for years together.. looks like the curtains were not washed since the time it was put. The bed spread was so dirty n the blanket was also very stinky.. the bathroom was not washed or cleaned from the previous guest stay..no ventilation.. there is one remote for all the AC s in the hotel so you will not get the remote.. either AC or Geyser only works at a given time... Worst experience.. we all fell sick after staying on that room.. pls do not go

Very poor management. Low quality of housekeeping. Unresponsive management. TV not working.
