We booked an AC room and they didn’t even switch on the AC properly. They will switch it off every 1hour and will tell that it is based on Hotel policy which was one of the weirdest thing to heard on a paid room. The another thing is the room was not properly cleaned and the flush of the toilet was not even working properly sometimes. We booked the room for 2 days and had the full payment. When we faced these issues we asked for the refund of the second day and they told us that it is unable to refund the amount.

As soon as we went to the hotel and showed our booking, as per the booking, an AC room was booked, but as soon as we reached the hotel, the receptionist there refused to take the booking and started telling that this is not an AC room, but he himself booked an AC room separately and gave it to us in higher price

Bedsheet was smelly and room was disgusting also bathroom was very dirty hotel location was also very scary and also they did scam for AC ROOM. Took 1200rs after booking at 800rs and no services for drinking water and others.

They take hidden charges without informing you.and in mid night they all the time turn off air condition.
