The property was in an excellent location. Very close to public transport. Neat and tidy house with plenty of room for the 4 of us

No fans in house, we had some very hot weather and it was very uncomfortable. Would be great to have extra clean sheets and towels as our stay was over 2 weeks long.

We came in for a wedding in the area, arriving the property at 20:00 on Friday only to notice a leakage in the bathroom. There was a leakage from the Bathroom floor through to the kitchen, coming through the Electri wires,which the own was already aware off before letting it to us for the weekend, this was a very big risk,as we had kids and grandparents increasing the risk of fall and an increased risk to the children in the property as well. I contact the own, who was aware of the damage and still gave the house out, although he sent someone out to come look it out, the problem still remained, we only stay from Friday night till Monday morning, it was a very bad experience, and the own could not apologised, creating inconveniences and a very bad experience.

It was easy to find the apartment. Location close to tube station and easy to reach the downtown of London. The apartment was in a quite area of Chigwell and met our requirements to be accessible to Chigwell school (just 3-5 minutes drive by uber). Apartment was comfortable for 4 family members. 3 bedrooms and a living room. The kitchen was equipped and making breakfast was not an issue.

beds were single beds pushed together , mattress in main bedroom uncomfortable. difficulty using stove top.

Location was good, facilities were great! Close to the train station plus close to were we needed to get to.

Nothing, everything was fine. Just one of the door hinges was a little lose at the top. Avoid the use of the door, so it didnt become loose.

Easy to get to by car and had it's own drive way. The property is pretty spacious, large lounge & dining area. Kitchen is spacious with lots of lighting. 3 large bedrooms, 2 x double bed and 1 single

Unfortunately the property needs a bit of TLC and attention to ensure that when new occupants arrive that everything is in order and working. The door between kitchen and diner was hanging off 1 hinge. Dishwasher didn't work. The beds could definitely do with some better mattresses, they had seen better days with the springs pretty much gone.
