Stylish 3 Bed Chigwell Home with Free Parking

House was clean and perfect for what we needed. Warm with the central heating.

The sofa/ sofa bed. We were 6 people and really, the sofa bed isn't ideal for a person to sleep on so the house should be marketed for 5 people not 6. It isn't a proper fold out sofa bed, it's an IKEA sofa that you can make into a larger sofa. OK for a small child but not an adult. You can't put a sheet down so it's literally like sleeping on a cramped sofa.

It’s a lovely house and in a very good location. It was nice that they left little extras in bathroom and kitchen.

We couldn’t get the hob to work and there are no instructions, although I do use an induction hob at home I couldn’t get this one to work. And there was a rat running around in the garden, which Needs some bait put down. Would certainly come again.

Where do I start. Garden was overgrown. Wardrobes were full of owners spare bedding. As there was nowhere else to put anything this made things difficult. Bathroom stank. Fridge stank. Sofa was like a park bench. As was advertised as sleeps six this would be an issue for anyone wanting to “sleep six”. Small bedroom had wardrobe door ripped off. Second bedroom wardrobe door was off it’s tracks. Curtains hanging off track in front bedroom. Very sparsely furnished throughout. Carpets badly stained.

The location of the property was really nice and we felt this area was quite safe in comparison to other places in London. We had no problem with parking and because it felt so safe we had no worries about anything happening to the car. The house was really clean and really pretty, it was genuinely a 10/10 stay.

Very comfortable 3 bedroom property with great facilities.

Couldnt work out how to use the induction hob

The double mattress in the front facing room wasn’t very comfortable for me but that’s just a personal preference

Furnishings, closet space, stove, oven, washing machine.

Kitchen cabinets fell off when opened, dishwasher rack rusted & broken, bathtub panel warped & falling open, baseboards in kitchen cut open, windows above bathroom & every bedroom door upstairs so light in one room woke up everyone else. Also, not very well cleaned.

Check in was 15:00, but we reached at 16:00, property wasn't ready Entering the road from the property is an issue
