When u arrived to check in I was Rudely told they had no rooms & I would get a cancellation email in thirty minutes. That's it. No sorry, no making it up, could care less that I drove there just to be without a room. I never did get a cancellation email either

The first room they gave us, they made us wait 30 minutes for the maid to clean, when we went inside there was a used condom on the floor and none of the appliances worked and the power outlets were broken

Nothing it was terrible. I don’t know how they are opened

Everything there was only warm water in the shower but full of roaches. The employee scammed me for my my money don’t even try giving them your credit card

It's a clean and quiet environment and the employees are very friendly and fast for service.its

It's a convenient place for anybody going to lackland AFB.and also there. Is a lot of outgoing food and drinks.to take with you to the motel ,Also you got access to Rodriguez Park and for the best there is mission Baseball complex for memories of 9/11,the monuments are there to view and to sée the names of the people that lost lives of loved ones.

Let me start by saying I use Expedia because I thought y'all aware of where your sending people obviously not there where people sweating in the room we where went I can't make this up so dirty and nasty that I wouldn't put my worst enemy there

The door did not lock, we had to put the dresser in front of the door. Had to get new sheets because the sheets had multiple hairs in them. Hairs on the bathroom sink and toilet. Small pieces of trash on the floor. The remote does not change the volume . Electrical outlet by the bed did not work. Toilet not flushing properly. And I had reserved a king side bed but got a double bed !
