"Needs a lot of improvement."

New bed very comfortable, humidity and temperature in room very nice. Shower was hot, you can park right next to room. Had physical key.

There was no microwave, fridge or lock or chain on door. Door could easily be pryed with screwdriver. TV was malfunctioning, WIFI advertised, was never offered password. Staff couldn't even figure out booking. Very condescending attitude, people are living in other rooms. So noise is an issue. Be warned office doesn't have an accessible debit/credit terminal.
