Atelier by Kozystay - Artistic Villa in Sanur

Good location. It was very spacious with a clean pool. Outdoor dining area was nice and the kitchen area was well equipped. The fridge was modern and effective.

The room configuration was odd. Luckily we were three couples (family) and not four as one bedroom led into another with no privacy. One of the bedrooms appeared to have been a converted lounge area as it had no wardrobe or hanging area for clothes and no mirror or dressing area. The conversion meant that there was no indoor common space for the family. We had to use a bedroom for this. The bathroom we had was enormous but not very functional. The free standing bath took ages to fill and there were no visible power points for shavers or hair dryers. We eventually found power points at the back of deep drawers so you needed very long arms to plug anything in. The water pressure was poor and the toilets tended to be quite clogged even though we put our paper in the bin.

Need a common area with air conditioning and a tv especially if u have kids

We loved the space and location. Annissa and her team were amazing. They allowed us to have a late check out on departure day. The communication was perfect! Every time someone had to enter the villa we were notified and even updated if there was a delay. Everything was in good working order and well maintained

Wonderful quiet location tucked away, definitely a distance to the beach as the roads are Kaos. If you don’t mind being in a local village which is so interesting, very friendly people around the area. Cheaper groceries partly equipped kitchen to cook, however a few more pots would have been a bonus. Your able to get grab to order food, they also serve onsite as well, however struggled getting what we wanted. Brekky was great brought to your room everyday by wonderful staff. Plunge pool was a bonus

Absolutely stunning villa. Very private, great location, staff were friendly and happy to help with anything.

God service fra verten. Svarte raskt på henvendelser og løst evt utfordringer vi måtte ha. Store, flotte soverom og alle med hver sitt bad/toalett.

Manglet oppvaskmaskin. Litt lite uteplass til soling og få solsenger (kun to stk).
