A localização e o sossego da vizinhança.

A casa precisa de obras de manutenção para reparar estragos do uso do dia-a-dia. Uma das casas de banho não tinha luz. A televisão não estava a funcionar. Havia tomadas partidas, etc. as fotografias não mostram o estado da casa.

La struttura è ottima per ospitare 6 persone ,molto vicina alla fermata metro LAPA e comoda dai servizi principali

Le foto della struttura sono vecchie e INGANNEVOLI ! La struttura necessita di moltissima manutenzione e soprattutto pulizia dei bagni !,la struttura è molto umida e non manutenzionata ,si sente un forte odore di muffa ,molte ragnatele e ragni ,la pulizia dei bagni viene fatta con molta superficialità I letti abbastanza comodi ma senza copri materasso solo delle semplici lenzuola,mancano dei veri cuscini per dormire,ci sono dei cuscini 40x40 scomodissimi . Le stoviglie in cucina sono vecchie e bruciate , inutilizzabili come le forchette e coltelli . Mi dispiace la struttura ha delle potenzialità ma mal tenuta! Un esperienza terribile!

Gostei da sua localização, gostei do ambiente, situado numa zona super calma! Muito atencioso o dono do alojamento, porque faltava coisas na casa, mas no dia aseguir já tinha resolvido do problema!

Gostei da estadia, só acho que podiam ter mais atenção na manutenção do alojamento!

La ubicación y que es amplio

No hubo buena comunicación para obtener el código de acceso y cuando llamé decían no había ninguna reserva hecha para ese día. al final se pudo resolver pero al entrar, encontré sucio el baño y hablé para que lo solucionarán y no recibí ninguna respuesta .

La ubicacion, la zona es tranquila y se aparca bien.

La estufa se queda corta para el invierno y los edredones son finos y pequeños. Hay poco menaje, porque eramos cuatro y no habia ni a cuchara por persona. No tenian fregona, ni bayeta ni trapo de cocina. El apartamento esta mal mantenido: suelo, ducha, lavabo... No repetiría ni recomendaría.

The view from one of the bedrooms was amazing. Perfect location - around 15 minutes drive to Funchal. Well equipped.

There was a lot of insects, especially ants. Next to the stairs we found a dead mouse. There was also a red stain on one of the bedsheets. Other than that we didn’t really notice anything bad.
