Waikiki Shore by OUTRIGGER - Select Your Unit

The view was spectacular. The location ideal for Waikiki. the kitchen was well stocked, although the dishes had lipstick marks on the glasses

The air conditioning did not work which was a big deal because the curtains also were not functional.This is a big deal with a westward facing room. Very hot from 5 pm till 3am. The slat curtains could not block out the sun and kept falling off. the drain in the bathroom took an hour to drain after each shower. If it were indeed a one bedroom, theoretically one could have a cool room to sleep in, but it is a studio with a plastic room divider.

Location was excellent. Right on Waikīkī Beach.

Check in was at a different location to the property itself. Poor directions/information to our chosen hotel which was a 5 minute walk away but having to carry all luggage/baggage etc over several roads/junctions. Due to the poor directions we actually initially went in the wrong hotel! The room itself (715) very, very tired room in drastic need of modernisation. Very small room. Drains smelt awful (we complained). Very poor cooking facilities and worktops. Kitchen poorly equipped with very old cooking utensils. Bathroom/WC also in dire need of modernisation. Curtain rail broken and held together by plastic ties. An old bedcover was used as a blackout blind on the front door, which fell off several times. Doors to balcony old & need replacing. WiFi signal appalling and very hit & miss. Washer/drier I would say is dangerously in need of replacement as it made horrendous noises the only time we tried to use it. No iron supplied. We had to call reception to provide one. Table on balcony very old & chipped and has seen better days, like this apartment to be honest.

we previously stayed at the Royal Hawaiian and we were apprehensive to rent the Waikiki shores but the location and the view far surpassed the Royal Hawaiian! My family said I "nailed it". The pictures dont even begin to give this place justice. Being able to use the Outrigger Resort pool next door was a huge bonus.

Slightly dated but exactly as shown in the pictures. Overall very good value for money.

Perfect location to see Friday nite fireworks. Lanai had great view of the ocean. Mirrors in the unit reflected more views of the ocean. Convenient location to walk & get everywhere in Waikiki. Liked the layout of the rooms. Beautiful park grounds next door.

The sofa sleeper mattress, was probably the worst one I've ever slept on. You feel every spring.

While we were staying on site, there was one day where the water was turned off for about four hours, which made it inconvenient.
