The place was infested with termites and had cock roaches in the kitchen area. Underneath the couch had weed/joint rolled under the couch. The place wasn't cleaned and offered 50% off my cleaning fee. I had to spray and disinfect the whole house. They offered me $500 total back and sprayed for the 1st night. And said staff would contact me the next day for treatment. Offered full refund to leave that day. With my family and booking months in advance they shoulf have taken care of the infestation problem prior. I had no other place to book besides moving with a large family was already hectic enought with twin toddlers.
