Lord Of Beach Resort & Meditation Centre

Der Gastvater ist sehr nett und bemüht sich um alles. Wir hatten das beste Frühstück bisher, das Zimmer ist sehr groß und für 5€ extra konnten wir die Klimaanlage dazubuchen, was wir nicht wussten dass es eine gibt aber wirklich froh darüber waren.. Es ist absolut ruhig dort, der Strand ist sehr nah, aber nicht geeignet zum Baden aber für lange Spaziergänge.. Zur Abkühlung steht aber im Hof eine Gartendusche bereit. Zur Durchreise für eine Nacht ist der Ort und die Lage absolut in Ordnung, mehr kann man dort aber nicht machen außer lange Spaziergänge.

Der Strand ist nicht zum Baden, die Gegend ist sehr einsam und selbst ein paar TukTuks wollten nicht bis dorthin rausfahren oder kannten sich nicht aus. Es hätte etwas gewissenhafter sauber gemacht werden können, der Esstisch im Hof wurde nie gewischt, der Boden außen auch seit langem nicht gekehrt. Der Mitarbeiter lag meist nur faul rum und war sehr wortkarg. Und ein Moskitonetz wäre super gewesen.

Both the gentlemen at the property were very helpful. The younger one was willing to help a young puppy I had spotted. Being able to borrow one of the three bikes to cycle into town really helped being able to explore. This is a very tasteful room when compared to lots of others and the value was exceptional.

Just one little improvement, if breakfast could be offered I think it would raise the popularity of the accommodation.

Le propriétaire est super sympa et nous a aidé à obtenir des tuktuks pour aller à kallady ou baticalloa. Bons petits déjeuners. L’emplacement est bien calme car assez isolé : attention à ce point car il n’y a rien à 2 km. En août les vagues étaient très assez grosses , dangereuses pour des enfants en bas âge.

The Room was big and clean. Also the bath. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast very good (beides the flies on that Day). We were satisfied with our stay beides...

By booking.com it is described with location beach Side. That is Not true. The resort is situated in a small forest 200m from the beach and there a few possibikities to eat around. The pricing is a little bit higher than usual as an AC costs 5$ extra and Our stay for one night summed up to 53$ (incl. breakfast). That was the most expensive resort we have had and in comparison to others it falls a little bit behind.

The room was big, clean and comfortable and the bathroom was also very clean. Ac available for a small extra charge. Bikes free to use. Beautiful, empty beach in walking distance. Maran the host was wonderful and hospitable, just so kind. He gave us meditation lessons every morning and made us wonderful breakfasts he had so many tips and recommendations for us in the area. He truly made us feel so at home- we didn’t want to leave
