Such a nice place. The owner and the guardian are super cool. Very helpful. Everything is top notch at this place. What I loved the most was the small basketball court that they have in the premises.

My stay at this guest house was fantastic! The beach is only a short stroll away, and the serene surroundings filled with the sounds of birds made for an incredibly soothing getaway. The rooms provided everything I needed, were comfortable and well-kept. I also like that they had cycles available so I could go around the region with ease. I had a great yoga lesson on-site, and that really renewed me. All in all, a fantastic location, calm surroundings, and well thought-out amenities made my stay very remarkable. I heartily suggest it to anyone searching for a tranquil beach getaway.

To be honest, this guest house had nothing that I disliked about it. Throughout my time, everything was taken care of, and I had no problems. The hosts also do a terrific job of soliciting feedback and making constant improvements to their offerings, demonstrating their genuine concern for the happiness of their guests. Strongly advised!

It is a very calm environment with an awesome host. He helped us a lot during our stay and is just a lovely person. The beach nearby is huge and we saw one to four other tourists per day. There's a bit of trash around, but very little compared to other beaches. We found it quite beautiful

Neem is a relaxing and quiet place. The owner goes out of his way to make the stay enjoyable and nothing is too much trouble. On the day that we left he called his tuktuk guy at 5 in the morning to make sure that he would be coming to pick us up for our early train. Our room was fan cooled but aircon is available for a small surcharge. Also the guest house is a few minutes walk to a stunning beach. (confident swimmers only)

nothing to dislike

This is a nice retreat for people looking for a quite area to stay in for a few days.

My travel plans changed and I asked to cancel the booking but the owner wouldn't do so saying that it was not permitted by Booking. However, I received an email from Booking saying that they had asked him to cancel but he would not do so. While I appreciate the risk of lost business, the gap between booking and cancellation here was short. No WIFI though the owner said it was a temporary problem only
