Moroccan Charm, Sleeps 8, Underground Parking

I had an amazing experience at Moroccan Charm. Firstly the host was exceptionally helpful and always there to answer any questions we had. The place itself looks even more spectacular in person (pictures do not give it enough justice). I cannot complain with the cleanliness as the living area, bathrooms and bedrooms were up to standard. I love how there’s a variety of activities to choose from, for instance; a pool table, dart board and cards as well as Netflix which kept my family and I entertained throughout our stay. Parking is easily accessible and the location is great, therefore I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning again soon😊

The host was very informative and kept me up to date from the moment I booked. Called and explained how to get the property and underground parking. Presentation is beautiful and very well furnished. Colleague enjoyed the pool table and dart board.There was cutlery and plates available and plenty of towels. Enjoyed my time here and will defiantly book again.10/10 service

Can’t really fault anything as everything was satisfactory or beyond!

The host was very attentive, the property was uniquely designed which was a first for us! Overall a lovely stay we will definitely be back again.

Our host was super helpful and responsive to messages! We were a group of 6 friends and had a great time staying there. Apartment was beautifully decorated. There was also a nice living room and kitchen. Beds were SUPER comfy. 20 minute walk to the city centre and lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

There are 2x single beds in one room, and 3x beds (2x singles and 1x double) in the second, which was a little cramped as the room was small. Collecting the keys was a 15 min walk away, which wasn't bad, but just a pain with our luggage/bags. You also need to give them a security deposit which I had never done before.

Great location, the decor was very fitting to the name

The kitchen would have benefitted from items added such as a t towel, utensils for cooking, we ran out of toilet paper on day 1 small things which would make a big difference

When arrived the bed sheets had blood stains. The owner kept asking us when we return to book direct With him not booking .com.

The aesthetic was nice, it was comfortable and spacious given the number of guests staying. The host was outstanding, accommodating and easy to contact. Very reliable and absolutely worth staying at if you need to be in Central Birmingham.

The lack of sockets in the bedrooms however I'm not sure how easily the host could rectify this, as it seems more of a design of the property-related issue. Nevertheless, this matter was me trying hard to come up with something.

Absolutely 5/5 ⭐️ loved our accommodation and couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Thanks
