Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. I booked Moroccan Charm for our family (2 adults and 6 children) holiday in Birmingham. It is a great place with enough space for 8 guests. Some positive points about this place are as follows: - Easy and flexible check in/out. - Clean and spotless - Great location with convivence store in proximity. We enjoyed our stay and will book it again for our future holidays. Ahsan was very kind, hospitable, responsive, helpful and friendly.

"Unique stay very cozy and entertaining"

Loved the property, very clean, love the unique theme of it being Moroccan style. Got plenty of things to keep you entertained. I was with 7 of my friends and we all enjoyed the ps4 with a small pool table and a little game of dart. It’s very good value for money, the host is also very active and helps a lot with any issues. Perfect stay
