El apartamento está cerca de la parada de metro Sol lo que hace que sea muy accesible para moverse por la cuidad y además cerca de todo tipo de comercio.

El apartamento está muy bien pero si se ve que ya requiere algunos trabajos de mejora como por ejemplo el baño, esto son detalles menores pero importante considerarse

Appartamento confortevole, ottima posizione tra Puerta del Sol e Plaza Major

Unica pecca gli infissi. Purtroppo,essendo in centro e al primo piano, si sentono tutti i rumori e la persiana del balconcino dove è installato il climatizzatore non si può chiudere, per cui quella parte dell’appartamento resta illumina anche durante la notte (basterebbe una tenda un po’ più spessa)

La ubicación es privilegiada. Podes hacer todo caminando o usar el metro. El departamento es espacioso y completo. Tiene todo lo necesario. La atención y la comunicación fue constante. Tiene ascensor. Volvería sin dudar.
